Tuition
Class Fee - $45.00 per month
Extra Hour Class - $25.00 per month
Family Rates - One Child $45/mo, Two children $85/mo, Three Children $120/mo
- Tuition is a monthly fee covering 4-5 weeks depending on the month. Students are not charged extra for those months with 5 weeks. However, we do not have classes during the school vacations - Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. Those months are billed as full months. The fees in May are prorated for half of the month.
- Allowance is made for families
with two or more students enrolled.
- Fees are due and payable in advance to Callahan Dance Academy.
- A $10 late fee will be added after the 10th. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED.
- Checks can be mailed, however, make sure they are postmarked by the 10th in order to avoid a late fee. Mailing Address: Terri Vaughn, 441 W. 71st Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32208.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for each returned check. After 2 returned checks, cash will be requested.
- No refunds are granted
for classes not attended.
- We do not accept credit cards
Studio Rules
- No gum allowed in class.
- Proper dance wear including shoes, is required to take class.
- Students taking Acrobactics must wear long hair pinned back securely for class.
- Students are not allowed to be left unattended in building. If you plan on leaving during class, please inform secretary or teacher. Brothers and sisters cannot be left without adult supervision.
- Students should arrive a short time before their class and be picked up promptly at the end of their class. Being late causes disruption of a class in session. If they are consistently late being picked up, a fee will be added to your bill.
- Students are not allowed to leave the studio without parental permission. They must wait inside the studio until picked up.
- If you are asked to perform at an event, you must be willing
to wear what is requested by the teacher. You must also furnish your
own transportation to and from the event. Participation is optional.
